Service Description

Dynamic Pilates flow class is a dynamic class made up from movements from the exercise disciplines of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. The classes concentrate on connecting the mind and the body through synchronizing movement and the breath. The classes focus on spinal lengthening and alignment, creating space in the body and releasing restrictions, so that energy flow improves. Most of the movements are concerned with improved mobility but also includes exercises for core strength and improved flexibility. Each class incorporates 10mins of relaxation. The class aims to help participants feel energized, relaxed and peaceful.
