Zoe has been qualified and practicing as an Art Psychotherapist for over four years. Zoe is also an artist, photographer, sculptor, performance artist and workshop facilitator.

Zoe has trained, worked and practiced in various settings including, all levels of education from primary to secondary mainstream, specialist, higher education, NHS mental health community settings and also within the voluntary sector. Zoe has worked within these areas for over 7 years and has even taken her work globally, where she delivered Art Psychotherapy in parts of Asia.

Zoe has a duty of care to provide a secure safe space for you to feel able to express yourself verbally and non-verbally. Art is a powerful tool and when spoken words are too painful to say, art can become your voice. As a result, this enables you to develop self-confidence, build self-esteem and begin to learn how to self-regulate independently, whilst also becoming more self-aware. Zoe is passionate about the process of making art, it does not matter whether you are good at art or not, it is the process of making art that heals, not the end result.

I have been involved in elite level gymnastics for over 20 years. Initially, I trained as a gymnast working my way up to national and international level representing Great Britain.

For the last 10 years I have been coaching high level gymnastics at a variety of clubs around the country, and for the last four I have been at South Essex Gymnastics Clubs, one of the most successful clubs in the country, home to Olympic and World Champions.

The last 2 years I acquired the services of a PT and I fell in love with training and progression in a totally different fitness environment; weight training, nutrition and everything that comes with it. I decided I wanted to help other people transform their bodies and help them stay accountable to achieving their goals.

My life as a Pilates teacher started 8 years ago when I was working as a specialist exercise instructor for the NHS. At this time I was delivering Clinical rehabilitation Pilates classes for NHS clients suffering with back pain and neurological conditions.

I qualified as a Pilates teacher with APPI and completed all 3 levels of the Mat Work Qualification. Pilates was my stepping stone into the world of holistic exercise and was where I first learned the principles of mind and body connection.

Since this time I have gone on to practice Yoga and found it has benefited my physical and mental health. Through the practice of Yoga, I now incorporate breath work into my Pilates classes. I am now starting to discover the art of Tai Chi and Qi Gong and look forward to learning more about this discipline.
