Service Description

Cardio and conditioning class is a class that aims to increase the heart rate through choreographed exercise. There are options of high and low impact movements to help increase fitness levels and mobility. The 2nd half of the class is a seated and standing yoga style class aiming to work on flexibility and strength, and an overall conditioning of the body. The class aims to help participants feel energized and stretched.
