Sadhana Ali is a passionate and qualified yoga instructor who can teach Yoga in all forms. Her philosophy of Yoga is reflected in all her classes and allows people to join in regardless of experience. Students are encouraged to work with breath and mindful movement so that they can take the classes at their own pace and find joy in their body.

This mindfulness approach can help us to see Yoga and Pilates as less of a ‘goal’ oriented practice which often leads to anger and frustration and more of a loving-kindness practice. Sadhana has several exercise/anatomy based Diplomas including The British Wheel of Yoga as well as a Diploma in Pilates with Pilates Union UK - this was the first Diploma of its kind going beyond the traditional certificate in Pilates.
Sadhana is verified by CYQ and approved through the Government via Ofqual and Sector Skills Council. She is also pre and post pregnancy trained.
