It’s Children’s Mental Health Week and here at Ambimind, we would like to encourage everyone to take part, whether you are a child, teenager or adult. Mental health is something which can affect people of all ages and learning techniques to cope with our feelings and express ourselves is a real step in the right direction for better mental health.
The theme this year is ‘Express Yourself’. People express themselves in different ways, this could be through Art, drama, dance, poetry, music or another form of expressive art.
Looking after our mental health and the mental health of the children around us has never been more important, so please do check out some of the free resources available on the children’s mental health week website for more information and to take part.
