Service Description

Mat based Pilates Flow is a class focusing on the grounding qualities of Pilates and Yoga style movements. Each exercise focuses on diaphragmatic breathing to release tension in overactive muscles and muscular restrictions. The class also focuses on strengthening the deep abdominal muscles to improve spinal alignment and posture. There is a 10min relaxation section in every class.
